品牌：RETZ/我们一直致力于机械设备和测控领域的持续创新，始于2005……进口滚子联轴器是轴之间的连接装置，用于传递扭矩，使一根转子轴的中心线是另一根转子轴中心线的延拓曲线。安装联轴器时，需要对中。联轴器的找正是以车轮的外圆和端面为基准的，所以要求车轮和轴颈的加工精度以及车轮的安装质量不能有偏差。由于计数轮的外圆和端面不可避免地会有晃动和倾斜，因此偏差是不可避免的。当两个轴可以严格对齐并且在工作过程中不会发生相对位移时，通常使用滚子联轴器。
当变速器过载时，锥形销会被切断，也能起到安全保护作用；套筒联轴器具有结构简单、制造容易、径向尺寸小的特点，但缺点是拆卸时连接的轴需要轴向移动，维护不方便，限制了其应用。拆卸联轴器时，连接的轴需要轴向移动，维修不方便。改进后的套筒联轴器定位准确，连接稳定，结构简单，其应用范围很广泛。减速机与转鼓采用套筒联轴器连接，有效保证了同轴度要求，但存在拆装困难的缺点。

进口滚子链联轴器结构特点 Structural features
1、利用公用链条同时与两个齿数相同的并列链轮啮合，以实现两半联轴器联结 Use a common chain to simultaneously engage two parallel sprockets with the same number of teeth to achieve coupling between the two halves
2、结构简单、装卸方便；拆卸时不用移动被联结的两轴 Simple structure and convenient loading and unloading; There is no need to move the connected two shafts during disassembly

4、两轴许用相对径向位移为：当用双排链时，△y=0.02p（p为链条节距）；当用单排时，△y为0.05~1.2mm；许用相对角位移△a不大于1°
